Boston Pizza Year End Banquet Details (Sept. 15, 2007, Door Open at 6:30pm)

BANQUET AT BOSTON PIZZA AT WARDEN AND STEELES

As in seasons past, doors will open at 6:30pm, appetizers will be served at 7pm and teams will start working their way to the buffet at 7:30pm.

For ONLY $8.00 PER PERSON ($5 for kids), players will be treated to a great evening consisting of:

  • An appetizer 'finger-food' plate served at each table (just like the ones we have received during the course of the season) along with a complementary pitcher of pop
  • All alcoholic beverages and pop purchases will need to be paid separately from the $8 buffet banquet ticket. The league encourages your team to tip your servers based on the value of the beverages your table purchases.
  • An "All-You-Can-Eat" Buffet, with 3 types of salad, assorted Pizzas, a 3 cheese pasta and a Chicken Mushroom Pasta, and fruit and brownies for dessert
Free participation in draws for hundreds of dollars worth of door prizes! Jays Tickets, Indigo and PetSmart Gift Certificates, CFL Football, Golf Balls, etc.

The following trophies and awards will be presented during the course of the evening:
  • A and B Division Tournament Champions will receive their Team Trophies
  • The HR Batting Champion will receive their Silver Slugger Award
  • Winner of the Most Improved Team Award
  • Winner of the Most Sportsmanlike Team
  • Winner of overall Male and Female League MVP's
  • Each captain will be asked to present the award to their team MVP

The 7 Highest Spending Teams at Boston Pizza over the course of the season will be awarded beverage tickets (you can ask me if you want to know what types of drinks qualify)
