Primary Entrance off of 14th Avenue (West of Kennedy Road, South Side of Steeles)
Secondary Parking behind Milliken Mills Community Centre and Library (located off of Kennedy Road, South of 14th Avenue, West side of the road). Parking on Milliken Meadows Drive (see maps below) is another option.

If you are playing in games within the B Divison in the tournament (Teams ranked 9th to 14th after the regular season), your best bet is to park behind the Milliken Mills Community Centre/Library building adjacent to Milliken Mills High School as this parking lot much closer to the diamonds you will play be playing your round robin games on. There is also a McDonald's in the Community Centre off of Kennedy Road just south of 14th Avenue (this should make it easier to find if you are not familiar with the complex).
The main parking lot for Milliken Mills Park will have several spaces taken up with contruction equipment as there is road work taking place on 14th Avenue just to the west of Kennedy Road. If you are playing in the 8am games at Diamonds 4 or 5 in the A Division, you will likely be able to get a parking spot. If you are unable to get there early, you may need to park behind the Milliken Mills Community Centre or in the parking lot of a nearby business that would be closed on Saturday. 
This is the sign you see next to the entrance of Milliken Mills Park if you are coming from the west to the east along 14th Avenue.
